You have 90 days after receiving your order to try Hush in your real routine.

Returns

To request a return, please contact us first. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please keep your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

For safety and hygiene reasons, we may not accept returns on opened or used consumable products unless covered by our satisfaction guarantee.

Gift cards and final sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive another item is to contact us. If approved, we will guide you through the return and replacement process.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable law.

The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

This legal right does not limit any additional guarantee we may offer.

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
