How long does delivery take?

Your order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then delivered within 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination. You get the tracking number as soon as it ships.

How exactly does it attach?

The pouch slips inside your trousers and is held by its attachment to your belt. It rests against your hip, under your clothes. Give it a minute the first time to find the most comfortable position.

Does it show under tight clothes?

With tight trousers and a close-fitting top, a slight thickness may show. Under a regular T-shirt, shirt or jacket, it is invisible.

What does the parcel insurance cover?

Every shipment is insured against loss and damage in transit. If the parcel doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund you in full.

How do returns work?
